I own a business which calls for me to go to Home Depot usually three or four times a month and Abby and Joaquin are the best associates I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by!

When you go into a big retail store such as Home Depot you don't quite expect to get a high level of customer service these days but every single time I go in they're consistently helpful.

I try to go out of my way to go to this Home Depot just because I feel like I'm not a bother whenever I go into this location. Thank you for all your help guys!

This HD is one of the best around. Especially the pro desk employees. Gen and Troy are absolutely great! They always follow up with orders, and make sure we are well taken care of. I am a fence contractor in the mountains. I shop at many different HD locations, this is the best one by far.

I was in the middle of an alternator job and I broke a socket. Home Depot had a single impact socket I needed. They have a great tool selection.

Maybe skip trying to go to this particular store on Sunday mornings or just go to the one in Arvada, CO vs Westminster. Very few people working, tried to find help in lumber for 20 min and staff actively avoided me or told me they were deaf. Never got help and just left. I live close to this one and will be driving further to avoid this location.

I have never been in a home depot that was so friendly! While the store was like every other home depot, the employees actually went out of their way to drop their tasks to ask if I needed assistance just because I Looked lost. Usually you need to hunt people down but I have been there twice and you can sure see the difference.

One of my hobbies is restoring old furniture I find at thrift stores, or even just on the side of the road! And thankfully Home Depot makes it easy for me to get everything I need for making these old furniture pieces look brand new! Plus the staff here is always very nice and knowledgeable.

This store is going down hill fast. They have zero customer service. I look online at this location in Westminster to get a new ridgid grinder. The website says they have several in stock at the Westminster home depot. I show up ask the attendant to get me one out so I can pay for it at the counter. They tell me they cannot sell the ones they have because they are for a Christmas promotion, but it’s only middle of October. So I guess don’t bother going to Home Depot for tools. Seems they won’t sell what’s in stock

I got hung up on by Natalie in flooring on an incorrect sales tax charged for delivery. She said there was nothing she could do in the system to correct the error, but she would be happy to give me the phone number of the general offices. Nobody seemed to know how to correct a receipt error And people weren’t willing to help the customer if it wasn’t convenient for them wow I’ll be happy to pay a little bit more and go somewhere else so I can get at least the correct invoice without having to dedicate a half day of my life to resolve it hindsight the easiest way probably is to dispute it via your credit card and this is what I will do versus trying to Continue making phone calls to this company that apparently does not value customer service or customer satisfaction like they used to.
