Walking Stick Brewing Company - Houston TX is a small brewpub that has reached a steady level of annual business from our tap room. We have 500 bbls of additional annual production capacity available and nowhere to sell it without adding packaging. The Gosling is reasonably priced, well constructed, great support, small footprint, fun to run. We don't need a high level of canning output to reach our maximum production capacity. The Gosling is a very good solution for the small brewery.
