Mark is awesome! He's responsive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He's even willing to meet in-person which no other big company is willing to do. Theses people at Seres are the best. Had my ordered shipped right out, there was a major shipping cost mistake and I felt bad for them offered to make it right myself because of the type of mistake. Spoke to Mr. Mark and he said "There's no way you are paying any extra. this is our fault. We got you". Classy company to do biz with. Down to earth and actually care about repeat biz. Seres is great with fantastic customer service. Mark, the owner, really saved the day. I needed some nutrients to treat a plant deficiency, which they happened to have in stock at their office in my neighborhood. So even though they are an online business, Mark invited me to his office to pick them up and gave me a stellar deal. He was super knowledgeable and communicative and helped me solve an urgent issue. As far as I am concerned, the Ag supply group Seres is justly noted as a helping hand to the spirit of Saint Fiacre, the patron saint who protects our gardens.
