I would give this shop zero stars if I could. I found a helmet clearly marked at $20, but when I went to pay, the price was suddenly increased to $45 with no explanation. When I asked why, the “person in charge of pricing” simply said it was an expensive helmet. I repeatedly pointed out that it was labeled at $20, but he didn’t care, yelled at me to leave, and refused to let me speak to a manager. When I asked for his name, he became even more hostile and refused to provide it.

To make matters worse, I found ski pants priced higher than the exact same pair brand new on Amazon. The pricing here is completely arbitrary, and the customer service is terrible. Maybe management should train employees to be more customer-focused instead of rude and dismissive. I won’t be returning.

My friend was profiled in this store. They wanted to take her purse and she said no. She is far from a thief. They didn't ask any other shoppers for their purse but wanted my friends. Absolutely disgusting uncalled for behavior by this staff member. Prices are also ridiculous. They won't have my donations or money anymore.

Update: I've just discovered that the $150 jacket I purchased is a Wellensteyn Siberia jacket that retails for $599. What a steal!!!

Original review: What a great find! We are visiting from warmer areas and really needed some sturdy winter clothing. While the prices in this shop can seem high compared to other thrift stores, it's important to note that the merchandise isn't found at your typical Goodwill - we're talking ski equipment and extreme cold weather protection from higher end brands like Helly Hansen. I personally found a pair of $200 pants for $40 and a $450 jacket for $150. Again - these are items that are usually much more expensive than the Old Glory jeans you find at a church-ran thrift store.

Also - who complains about thrift store prices? Thrift stores benefit the community. This isn't a for-profit business, they're trying to support the local community in some way. If you complain about thrift store prices, figure out your shit and do better.

Honestly this is a decent store - with the Exception of prices - for instance - looked at a pair of men’s shorts, nice and in good shape - although not new…. Looked at the price ~ $60!!! for used men’s shorts…. I thought maybe they were like couple hundred dollars top-of-the-line option - but no - they’re $75 new - being sold at a thrift store used for $60 - which is crazy
