I love this place and I hope they stick around for a while! My two favorites are the Caesar and the Lotus (pictured), and it's easy to make any item vegan or vegetarian. I particularly appreciate that they griddle the tofu instead of tossing it on cold. I also love the plethora of add-on options. I hope we get more places like this that focus on local food supply and celebrate the salad as a meal.

AMAZING FOOD! It was delicious, fresh and affordable. The atmosphere was great, it was wonderful to see the hydroponics and to know the food you’re consuming comes right from the source. I love how environmentally concious they are and how they do not let anything go to waste!

Thoroughly impressed and incredibly satisfied with our meal here. Tried the tortilla soup which I had to share with my friends it was so good. And the salmon on the jumper salad was fantastic. Wished the portion size was bigger, but I can't complain for the quality and cost of the dish, it was very well worth it.

Will absolutely come back next time im in Denver

Wow!

For background… I have a unique allergy, added sugar (which expands to include things like brown sugar, molasses, corn syrup and wines). I only try new things infrequently because of the risk of being sick for 3 days if someone doesn’t understand.

We came in and asked some questions. They quickly got the chef (and owner I believe). He was patient, understanding and so so helpful.

One of the best lunches. And best food experiences in Denver!

This was hands down one of the best meals I've had. The soup was amazing. The salad was so flavorful, and the pesto was a wonderful addition. The sandwich was delicious! We'll definitely be back!

One of the best salads I have ever had. They grow all of their veggies in house using vertical hydroponic gardens. Super fresh amazing dressings.
Try there pesto Caprese sandwich. It is also amazing.
Just writing this review, makes me want to go back and visit again

BEST SALAD IN DENVER (& RINO)!
I had an incredible dining experience at this farm-to-table gem! The restaurant features a greenhouse *inside* where they grow many of the ingredients used in their fresh, flavorful salads. The service was top-notch—so friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to show us how their innovative watering system works and gifted me a little plant to take home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, delicious food and a truly unique experience!

I finally stopped in after walking by this place for months. It always seemed so empty! But when I entered I quickly saw how busy the kitchen was with to-go orders. I ordered the Caesar salad sans chicken. It was so fresh and tasty—truly one of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had. The staff is helpful and quick. I’ll be back!
