Great location, delicious beer, very solid food, great service. We went during happy hour. Decent prices on apps, got the IPA which was tasty. They have a good selection of their own beer. The feel is cabin brewery bar kinda. Service was awesome and fast, food came out extremely quick and was delicious. We tried the deviled eggs which were solid, the won tons which were fun and delicious and I had the jalepeno popper burger which was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, great seasoning and toppings. Presentation of all the food was solid, and the server was attentive and professional. We came with younger babies and they were helpful in getting high chairs and we were respectful to them and didn’t keep them crying inside lol. There’s only one smaller bathroom downstairs. And more upstairs. There’s multiple decks, views, patios! It’s a fun little joint and makes you feel like you’re in a nice little spot off the grid a little. Although not a far drive from Denver/evergreen. Will go back to try the schnitzel. We also had Swedish meatballs and a couple other burgers and everything was prepared fresh and hot and solid. 5 star experience. 4 stars for everything else because nothing is perfect. Will be going back. Can’t wait. Also bought a 24 pack of their variety beer to go. Comes out of the fridge nice and cold.

We came to Lariat Lodge Brewing for the drinks, but the food quickly stole the show. The moment we walked in, the aroma of sizzling flavors pulled us in deeper, and we knew we had to order something more than just a pint.

The Birria French Dip was a standout—a bold, savory twist on the classic, with tender meat and just the right amount of spice that lingers like a warm, satisfying kiss. And the Reuben? Perfection. The corned beef was marinated just right, paired with the perfect amount of tangy sauerkraut, making every bite balanced and rich.

Oh, and definitely don’t skip the Bottle Rockets—these little flavor bombs are an absolute blast! The kind of snack that keeps you reaching for just one more, adding the perfect kick to the meal.

Of course, the beers lived up to the hype, but it was the food that made us settle in and stay a while. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and a menu that delivers far beyond expectations—Lariat Lodge is the kind of place you visit once and immediately start planning your next trip back.

Drove from Colorado Springs just to try. Glad we did! Best Fish n Chips I've had in Colorado! Nice beer selection as well! Gogmagog is delicious! The Angry Elk is a bit bitter though. The Schnitzel plate was delicious as well! The person serving us did an amazing job! Everyone was friendly! We'll be back!

Awesome food and beers every time! Great place to bring friends and family from out of town. Having tried most of the menu over the years I'm never disappointed. Burgers are always fantastic, fish and chips are perfect, wings and beer never let me down either. The Oktoberfest specials in late September are truly authentic. Incredibly happy that the Hunters Schnitzel (Jägerschnitzel) is a menu item! Angry Elk, Hazy Boy, and Gogmagog are must have beers! Can't wait to go back!

The food and service were wonderful. I really enjoyed the Swedish meatloaf. The bacon deviled eggs were delicious. My wife liked the fish and chips, however I didn't try them.

Their peach salad is so good. Hubby got the smoked wings and said they are delicious. Good beer and drinks.

The smoked wings were fantastic. Hazy IPA was also delicious! The brussel salad was a hit too. Highly recommend.
