The place is fine, no overnight parking, there is a restroom for drivers.

Keep in mind if you are a dry load and you are coming from Phoenix with boxes , you will likely spend in the dock around 4 hours, and the BoxTech shipper is unreliable because they cannot properly load the truck. The last pallets fell inwards the trailer. See the photos.

You can check in only 30 minutes before your appointment. A door will be assigned to you immediately upon check-in.Put paperwork in your trailer before back in door,check in at 6:30,out at 8:00, Limited Parking

Very nice ladies at both the guard shack and receiving office. They are quite strict on appointment time so don't get here any earlier than 15 minutes. The only downside is there is no overnight parking.

Arrived at 4:10 for 5:00 appt. Guard said go back out to the street till 4:50. When I checked in was told they would send instructions to my phone, they never did
Went in at 7:00 and asked why they weren't unloading me. Oh you have a 5:00 appt. Exactly so when will they unload me? It is now 8:15 and though they have started unloading me I'm still not empty. To slow....

I arrived for unloading 2 hours earlier, at the security booth at the entrance, they immediately give me the door number. You give them the seal and drive to the door, open the doors, park and put the limiter on the wheels. Take the folder to the office. And wait for unloading when the red/green light turns on. Unloaded quickly payment via capstone. Unloaded very quickly!

Required on time or 160$ late fee !! Have your ppw at guard shed. 8 am appointment still here 3 hours later. Capstone unload 410 $ to unload nothing comes outta co but steal. The ppl r nice. Check n at far side n get n a door. Getting out is a tire buster turn made for day cab 48 ft trailer

I had a pick up at 5 am and got here the day before. Huge overnight parking. Lady at the front desk was super nice when I checked in and out they have vending machines if you want a snack while you’re waiting.

I arrived 10:40 for my appointment the frist thing out the security guard mouth was that I was in the wrong lane and that I was speeding I wasn't and she was confrontational and rude then I got to a door they been done unloading me sense 11:00 just waiting on paperwork so if you come here by in the right lane and go 10 mph or you will be accuse of speeding and get yelled at. be ready to sit for awhile, If you can avoid this place if you value your time
