I asked to use the restroom for an emergency with my four year old (we have used the bathroom here before). Eventually they allowed us to go and scolded me afterwards (because as a parent, I obviously planned for my daughter to have to pee so bad she was about to pee her pants. And I obviously waited for that to happen at a business where when I explained the emergency , they would tell us no ?). I left, went to Walmart, paid $2 less and got my feed delivered to my car. I’ll go to Walmart who has public restrooms or to Pet zoo, who also has public restrooms.

Ps. In response to your reply to me, I never said I would have her pee in your parking lot. I said outside, which meant the woods behind your connex box. Which wasn’t a threat. My daughter had to pee so bad her stomach hurt and was still told “no”to using the restroom. I just said, if she can’t go here, I’ll have to take her outside. I’m sorry that you felt “threatened” that I said I would have to take my daughter to the bathroom outside because you refused use of your previously public bathroom to my four year old. I’m also surprised you think my experience has nothing to do with your business, as to me, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

they have a lot of stuff that the other family stores don't. The staff are friendly. I did only 4 starts instead of 5 just because the prices are high.

I don't own an animal, but I seem to know a lot of them. As a vet that's to be expected. Veteran, not veterinarian. But this place seems to have everything you'd need for the care and feeding of animals. Very friendly. Very helpful.
