I have been twice now and this place is simply incredible. I will definitely visit again! The animals are very well cared for and the farm is about sustainability. The guide was incredible. She has been our guide both times and we have found her to be very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Truly a dream come true!!!!

This was such a cool experience that I had to come back three months later! We were even late the first time around due to not being able to GPS the exact location. I'd say allow 30 minutes from the left at the Forks. They waited for us to arrive and made sure we took our time on the twisty roads. The cows were just as incredible as the people!

Had the most amazing experience on the ranch tour, getting to interact and learn about these beautiful creatures! The tour was very informative and super chill. We got to feed them cookies, brush the cows and pet them. Our tour guide Breanna was super friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this experience enough to any fluffy cow lover!

I cannot recommend a visit to the American Highlands Ranch enough! If you want to spend time with the sweetest most beautiful highland cows and calves in a picturesque location, then book a tour today!
I almost started crying with excitement as they all ran right up for cookies and we even had time in the calf pen to give them their daily brushing… both fun for us and a much needed farm “chore”!
Brianna, our guide, was so informative and you could truly feel her love for each individual cow! From general cow knowledge to how they socialized as individuals she told us all, answered all questions, and was just fun to be around!
This ranch is chemical free with a greenhouse growing plants from edible flowers to avocado trees, chickens who are fed a natural diet, to even having workers go out to hand pick weeds/toxic plants so they don’t have to spray the fields… they are true animal lovers and you can tell in the health and heartiness of the cows from youngest to oldest!
I again wanted to cry pulling away and can’t wait to return again with all my friends! Thank you for all you do for these amazing creatures!
