Horrible experience. We are local business owners. My husband and I went in asking for information about hydraulic fluid for our new Holland skid steer. The old man I'm guessing the owner was one of the most rude people I've ever met! Told us he doesn't help people who don't know what they have . This is after we explained in full detail with pictures and serial numbers of our machine. Again we have a New Holland skid steer and this is a new Holland dealership! My husband and I were humiliated and yelled at. We will never return. How this business has a 4.7 rating is baffling. If you reach a certain age where confusion, frustration and difficulty hearing sets in maybe consider retiring completely or limit your customer interactions. Also there were no employees onsite except for the daughter, who was kinder but had no knowledge of the machines or their functions......... Please do not do business with these folks. We wish them health and peace and the opportunity to grow in customer service skills and overall human kindness.

I recently purchased a MK Martin 72" inverted snowblower for my tractor from Pioneer Equipment. Nick, Terry, and the crew were all very helpful and responsive. They clearly went out of their way to help me and even worked outside of normal business hours to ensure everything went well. They also inspected the new equipment thoroughly and made some improvements not included by the manufacturer to improve functioning and increase longevity. They fit the snowblower to my tractor and even tested it to ensure everything worked properly. Now I've had a few opportunities to use the new snowblower and it worked flawlessly thanks to a quality product and a business that cares about the customer and their reputation. Highly recommend

It was late where I live no where was open so I called from the other side of the country (ohio) with a question about a brush hog. They were very nice and a great help. My closest Bush Hog dealer is 2 hours away. I just may have these guys ship me parts so I don't have to drive.
