Excellent bourbon and whisky! The owner was so friendly and the flight is a really good deal with a free logo glass to take home. The brisket sandwich and chicken fingers were all we ordered but the food, fries and many sauces were excellent!! Highly recommend!

Is a great place with fast and friendly service. All you f the liquor is good, but my fav was the tequila flight. There was one that was aged in a Cabernet barrel that was especially smooth and tasty! Definitely recommend a visit here!

Wow! What a great place! Family owned and operated - they get 5 stars on everything. From the extensive hand crafted drink menu (they do not serve beer), to the food, it’s all top notch! It’s not often you rave about the food while you’re eating it, but I found myself doing that. Definitely get the corn bread! I also got the eggplant Parmesan, the dish is a little to the small side, but it’s excellent. They even designed the building it’s located in - great ambiance too. Definitely check it out if you’re in town!

Absolutely my favorite stop during our trip. The staff was all so friendly even though they were super busy. We each tried two different flights before decoy we just liked the bourbon best. My husband enjoyed the cranberry whiskey sour and took two bottles back. We ordered and cheese and meat try, fries, and brought a pulled pork sandwich and hamburger back for the kids. Everything was spot on.

Definitely get the fries, they’re good. Also, as someone who normally has no interest in chicken tenders, these ones were AMAZING. The brisket sandwich was disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend it as it was quite dry and overly sweet. House salad was great. The cornbread was great too, we had it for dessert but they said they run out sometimes so get it early.

Food was excellent. Unfortunately service was poor. It is very surprising for a distillery to leave our glasses empty for 20 minutes after the first round. Server waited at least 15 minutes after we had our food to offer anything else. There was a lot of employees working so they were not short handed. Server seemed to be clueless and then gave some attitude on top of it instead of apologizing or offering a free drink.

Fraser Valley Distillery is one of my favorite places in the town. The only thing better than the food, are the drinks, and the only thing better than the drinks are the people.

The still turns out new and interesting spirits all the time, which means new cocktails that use those experimental flavors in creative and interesting ways. If you don't like experimenting, the old fashioned is always top notch, I prefer it with the Colorado rye.

The fries are a always a major hit with my littles, and the pulled pork has been a fave of my wife and I for awhile. Before that there were other favorites on the menu, and I like the seasonal and yearly changes to the menu.

In short, this place is one of my faves, and I recommend it to anyone that is asking for places to go in Fraser.

Family trip to a family owned business & couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Food was freshly made & they had great alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options! Their menu looks small at first glance, but it is mighty & packed with flavor. We were visiting from out of town but would love to be a local and get to come to this place often! A Fraser gem!
