Crystal - the cashier tried to add 2 things to my cart right in front of me. I asked & she was rude. Took off an item for $23.99 & my total went down $1.00.

After checking out, I looked at my receipt & 2 other items were rung in wrong.

Incompetence at its finest.

Really good selection and seems like good quality. Customer service is questionable, cashier was incompetent, refusing to make $1 when I provided 3c to bring my change from $0.97 to $1, claiming it "messes him up" even when I explained it him nicely how it works he still refused. Also, I am assuming that it is due to a membership or something but prices were more expensive at checkout than displayed on the floor.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and location was not crowded. The store is spotless and a wide selection of products. Like others have said before, beware of loyalty vs. non-loyalty prices on shelf tags. You will pay on average between $0.50 to $1.00 more for non-loyalty prices depending on the item. I liked how they have clearance items in each particular section so you can really save on certain items if you're savvy. There were only two cashiers so there was a bit of a wait to check out but the cashier acknowledged the delay and apologized which was appreciated. I would visit again and may consider a loyalty membership if there is no charge to join.

I have been buying meat for my business here every week for 3 years and for the first time I bought it and it turned out bad. I called to see what we could do and they told me they couldn't do anything, $110 lost. It's incredible the way you treat a customer who has placed their trust in you for 3 consecutive years. What a disappointment.

No membership required to shop here so regular folx can het some good prices on meats and cheese and other things. Plus a great selection of restaurant quality kitchen items.
