Such a cute pizza shop! We came here during our first night in Fairbanks and it’s such a nice giving shop that allows you a chance to give back to the community.

The theme is super cute too, I think we got a bbq chicken pizza, it got cold super fast because of the weather, but the pizza was still good.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try the ice cream 🙁

Oh my! So many options, and they all seem delicious! They do 10" crust. 1 is perfect for the 2 of us, but today we got 2 so we can try different pizzas and have leftovers for tomorrow. The Murdered By Meat was packed full of toppings and a meat lovers dream. We also tried the No Truffle at All. Wow! So good!! Loved the fresh greens on top!

Finally on this side of town to get my favorite menu item at the Hungry Robot: the Dilly-Dilly! HR has really perfected the flavor of this pie. From the sauce to the crunchy pickles. Love that one size fits all and reasonably priced. I’m pretty active and needed this re-fuel, lol. Service was also great. I came in after noon (on a Friday) and had my pizza within their 15-20m wait window.

The Hungry Robot was featured on Diners,Drive-Ins and Dives. So of course I had to give it a try. I had the Dilly Dilly. It’s a pizza full of pickles and homemade mayonnaise type of sauce. It is an acquired taste. It had a 80’s retro type of feel to the place. I was raised in New York so I am jaded to that flavor of that City’s Pizza. However I was not necessarily disappointed of Hungry Robot either. Good pizza all in all just nothing beats the taste of New York.

This pizza rocks, don't waste your time with ny another pizza place while in Fairbanks.
Food is made with quailty ingredients and the packs some good flavor in every bite.
We went with there Chicken Bacon pizza, poor thing was almost gone before we got back to our Motel less than 10 minutes away. Worth the price but it feels like it should worth way more ?

Its nothing terribly special to warrant the price tag. The staff are very kind, but not necessarily in a hurry to take your order either. I personally love the interior of the place, but at times it just feels unfinished. You can tell they definitely try to make the best food they can for you, but the quality is just not as great as I think they could be. If this place was dirt cheap then I would probably give this a 4 star review, but sadly for the cost and lack-luster flavor I'm saying it's a 3 star, but only just barely.

I moved from AK three years ago and whenever I come back to visit my hometown, the dilly dilly pizza from Hungry Robot is a must!! Soooo delicious if you are a pickle person ? ..I recommend pre-ordering the previous day for no wait time at lunch! 10/10 will be back.

Yep... they have crazy pizzas. Crazy combos and crazy good! I need to try them all. If you are into pickles the dilly dilly is amazing. Thai Peanut is super tasty. Detroit style pepperoni? Yes please! Pickles and cheese deep fried in a spring roll wrapper? Pure genius. Cannot wait to try more items off their menu.
