I have been purchasing bulk beef from them for several years. I have always been impressed by the product I receive. Communication between rancher, processor, and myself has always been top notch. I have purchased the different varieties of summer sausage and beef sticks to give family members for Christmas and they all love it. I had one of the best ribeyes I’ve ever had last night. I split a half beef with one of my friends. It was five boxes full of meat filled my freezer and his. The service we received from Christiansen ranch was first rate. Everything I was promised was delivered well packaged and absolutely delicious. I will be shopping with their family again! Amazing service and amazing beef! Our package came quickly and everything was perfectly packaged, labeled and ready for the freezer. We have made many great meals from the. different cuts we received in 1/8 cow share. We couldn't be happier !

This is my 3rd year in a row getting a 1/4 cow from Christensen Ranch. Quality tasty beef!! Nice marbling on the steaks and probably some of the best tasting ground beef I have ever had. The corn finishing and aging really makes a difference. The butcher Stagecoach in Wiggins has been improving their packaging process this last year. Now all my beef is vacuum sealed. The whole process is top notch. I will be back again next year. Thank you Christensen Ranch for the Colorado beef!

I was looking for a single orgin ground beef. I googled it a found a few places. I clicked on this company. So I placed a order. You can tell right away this beef is a superior product. I love the burgers and steaks. Great taste. Will order again.
