I still don’t know how a HOA bill goes from $350 to $500+ in 1.5 years… so wild to me.

I used the washing machine yesterday and all my white clothes are stained. I was so angry. Brown water came out of all the taps in my house. This is not the first time. I've had it many times since I moved to Parker six years ago. There is no clean water every day. When light brown water comes out, you should be moderately satisfied and use it. A lot of people just drink tap water, so think again. I'm angry because I have to pay a lot to use water of this quality.

Antiquated processes. I have NEVER had an issue with sending electronic payments from my bank except with this place. Send the check and it takes them 5 days to post it. Then they charge late fee's. Called and discussed, they blamed it on the Parker USPS. PLEASE!! Their board of directors joke. My highest utility bill is to this place. Something wrong with this picture.

Worst HOA. Not only do they not listen to anyone anyway at monthly meetings. They need more and more money and more power. This is unacceptable. The unfortunate thing is... In the end... They don't have any incentive to listen to us because we hold no power over them. HOAs are the biggest cancer ever. You know what's an eyesore... My bill.

THE WORST HOA EVER. Not only do you pay monthly for services you never use (tennis courts), but you also pay a quarterly assessment fee. Why do we pay an assessment fee to an HOA? The county charges property tax. If you have one weed in your yard, prepare for a threatening letter. Jerks. Time to move.

They were dead set on poisoning the prairie dogs even after being offered free relocation services from an animal protection group. DISGUSTING!! It was like "thanks for your offer, we'll think about it" at a board meeting- and then 6am the next day they were out killing the prairie dogs with fumitoxin. The poison makes animals bleed out every orifice, takes days to die; and if a predator eats that prairie dog it will die, too. So say goodbye to hawks and foxes! There goes the wildlife everyone moves here for, thanks for destroying Colorado you homicidal psychopaths!

We were having issues with our water bill. They would not work with us and shut off the water in the middle of the summer heat. We are a family of six. We were told that because they had been yelled at by us, they wouldn't work with us. Like using our water as a punishment.

It is Friday June 16. I stopped by the office at 9:30am to pay my bill since I did not receive it in the mail. The office was closed with no sign on the door about it being closed today.
