the people who work are disgustingly rude and beyond awful ESPECIALLY the receptionist/front lady. very accusatory, assuming people are liars about the help they need. my spouse was turned away when he asked for food because our family couldn't be present and he didn't have his ID, made him drive home with no gas and no food. i called the food bank to explain the situation; receptionist laughed at his attempt to provide for his family while making fun of my spouse for "driving without a license" (which he has one, just didn't have it on him) these people will only shame you, you'll walk away feeling worse then when you arrived. treating people like thieves and liars while making them feel ASHAMED for asking for help.

Worst experience I've ever had at a fiid pantry. The lady at the front desk us incredibly unfriendly as far as making me leave wo food feeling full of shame and like I was a useless awful un willing participant in my community and as though i didn't belong and wasn't even worthy of the foid they had to offer. I've heard that she is very mean n unkind to kits if people and goes above and beyond to make people in need of food for themselves and or family's as though they're worthless liars begging for help. It's absolutely embarrassing and humiliating and unbelievable that thus can even be happening in my community. It isn't fare to treat anyone like this bc you never know when you might be in sudden need if assistance and it shouldn't matter to begin w what brought us all there to ask for help which is incredibly hard to do to begin with bc this women instills the fear that keeps hungry kuds hungrier and their oarenrs starving bc they're fed up w the struggle of it all bc it is real and very devasting to need food so bad and then be turned away by an unkind unhelpful community resource leader and that negative experience will change that family's future forever. To be treated w such disregard as if we're just liars and beggers put for a free meal well there's no excuse fir that behavior when we look up to those people w a sorta hope amd respect that why wouldn't we look down on ourselves after bei.g treated as unworthy beggers n liars by them? Please help this lady find God's true live and light and help her see through her own struggle as to show some kindness and compassion for a service that has such Huge impact on a lot of very in need family's and singles just trying to supplement their foid sources to stretch just another day as to not see the look on your own kids hungry Lil faces.....it's devasting painful sadness loss of hope n regard to its fullest of life's tragic moments. God please help everyone be full in their bellies and have hope and light in their lives.....everyone deserves respect and prayer everyone.

This food bank has changed big time since I and mine last used it. We were given a box with at most two days' worth of food inside after over an hour wait. Going was a waste of time and effort that could have been well spent elsewhere. I hope they give others more than they gave me, because this is basically a slap in the face.
