I bought some very fresh eggs from the Golden Hoof to make chocolate mousse. Real French chocolate mousse is made from raw eggs, so they have to be fresh. The Golden Hoof eggs were all sizes and colors, so I had to weigh them to find the equivalent to French chicken eggs. It was nice to be able to see the chickens and other animals. It's a very nice farm.
