Do not process wild game here! Most of our stew meat in this package is a waste, included hair, meat that was bruised and with blood clots. It was old Smelling and not worth consuming. They didn't even package the meat with an airtight bag to prevent freezer burn. We are very disappointed that our wild game we had to hunt for is wasted.

We have used in the past and was fine. This meat was processed horribly. So disappointed. Try to do small and local, but I guess they are to busy to care about clients who have tried to be faithful. Ground beef disgustingly fatty, steaks cut poorly, meat not frozen when we picked up. Such poor service. We will Never use again

This place looked like it was a great place to have our poultry processed so we booked early 5 months in advance. When our day came they where to busy and it was to hot our chickens seem to be able to wait so i suggested to push to September that would be grate. I call in September they have no recollection and no way to help till March, 50 roosters till March? The lady I spoke to was so busy feeling sorry for herself I didn't even try to get past that to the idea of they had made a commitment . My advice is have a plan b

This was my first experience with butchering an animal and Rancho Corima could not have done a better job. They made it as easy as possible for us, they were so friendly and patient with us. The facility was very clean, and our animal was treated humanely. They explained the entire process to us and eased any fears or hesitations that we had. We received our meat back a week ahead of schedule. It was packaged nicely and ready to store, everything was labelled properly, and the processing of the meat was done wonderfully. We received every piece of our animal back per our request. The meat is great! The price was great! We will definitely be using Rancho Corima for a future butchering needs.

Terrible butcher do not use. We butchered a cow with them. Drop off date was pushed by almost three months. Then the pick up date was pushed by almost three weeks. Once we received or meat the cuts were not uniform. We also had brown spots on more than half of the steaks. We think the meat was hung way too long. we think The meat we received was not our Cow. When we question them about the cuts they were very defensive and offered us more meat. We declined because we didn’t know where that meat was coming from or who’s meat it was.
Their facility is made up of an oversize garage as a butcher shop their cooler is a semi trailer with a cooler unit. When we went back to collect our butcher money from them they were butchering an animal in front of their garage on a small concrete pad using car headlights because it was getting dark.
This place is a fly by night shop I’m very surprised they are even licensed.

I have had the opportunity to try their eggs which are delicious and come from free range chickens. Their barn, dedicated to meat processing, is kept very clean and their animals are very well taken care of. The price is beyond fair for the high quality product, don't take my word for it, call around and see for yourself. I am happy to buy from this local business run by wife and husband Vicente and Phyllis. They certainly are dedicated to their business and go the extra mile to leave their customers happy. I will keep coming back time and time again. They do stay very busy so call ahead anytime you plan to go out there.

Took in 5 lambs for processing, 4 were for clients. Made an appointment to pick it up on a Saturday evening, drove 75 miles (one way) to pick up the meat only to find that the only 2 of the 5 lambs were ready. Waited 25 minutes for them to finish up a 3rd of the 5. Vincente told me he would deliver the next 2 to my house the following day. I delivered the 3 lambs that I had to clients, and the next day they called to say that their orders were incomplete. 2 of the 3 customers also said they found hair in the meat (see attached picture). Additionally, the remaining 2 lambs were never delivered to me as promised and my calls went unreturned.

So the following Monday I drove 75 miles again. 4 of the 5 orders had requested the organs. I received organ packages for not 5 but 6 lambs (keep in mind that I only took in 5 for processing)!

It made for a horrible experience for me and my clients, and the cleanliness of the product is clearly in question.
