Spectacular. Couldn't get enough of the samples so I took some to go! I loved how I got to combine tap flavors to make my desired kombucha. What a splendid time at the bar listening to live music and casually chatting to the brewer and other employees

I stopped here my first day in Alaska traveling from
Wisconsin - what an amazing shop!!!! I sampled the rhubarb and it was incredible- my teenage daughter raved about it and we went back our last day to get two more to take back to Wisconsin, got the apple pie which was delicious: but I must say the shop worker made all the difference. He was such a sweet guy, very informative and kind and even talked to us about how brewing works. He made our trip super memorable and this place is a must if you are visiting Palmer. Also full disclosure- my husband drinks Mountain Dew and doesn’t get into this sort of thing and loved the kombucha and drank lots of it.

The Kombucha here is NOTHING like the store-bought Kombucha I've had to date. Absolutely the best Kombucha I've ever had! Unique model where you can sample a variety of flavors, then just sit and sip some favorites in a chill atmosphere. They even have a little corner with kids' toys and books. Highly recommend visiting, especially if you're new to Kombucha!

THE BEST KOMBUCHA I'VE EVER HAD! A kombucha that was not only palatable but delicious! I didn't like kombucha until I came here. I would always try it, but it would be too vinegary and sour. I did a flight and my favorite kombucha was the crow berry. I liked it so much, I got two small bottles to take back to my hotel. Five stars! Highly recommend. I'd go back. This place is worth the visit. You won't be sorry.

I so glad I got to stop in here. I met Brian and Anthony. They are fun and very knowledgeable. I got to try a few different Kombucha teas and then I tried ate one of thr best things I have ate ... it was their avocado toast. Oh man. So yummy. So go eat, drink and have a good time. You won't regret it.

I love 203 and all the people that work and visit. There is a food truck that is meat centric outside. Inside 203 they have the best avocado toast!!! This is my favorite place in the valley. I love seeing people gather without alcohol and support creativity.

Brian and David the owners are amazing, they love to truly connect and help fill their customers with love. Records are available to choose from to set the mood. I highly recommend a flight of all the flavors and a small pint of the small batch. The avocado toast is excellent.

The staff is super nice, it has a very nice niche atmosphere with kombucha made locally! Their avocado toast is also very well done and totally worth the price. If you're into kombucha or coffee, this is the place to stop by for sure.
