From the start, communication and planning with Camille at R Bar 2 U was seamless. Not only do they help curate a shopping list for alcohol but helped with signature drink options, printed a cute bar menu and helped coordinate everything needed for our wedding night. On top of that they were absolutely perfect bartenders! I mean guests are still talking about how good the signature drinks were. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Both of our daughters are getting married this summer. One here and one in the Seattle area. We’ve been working with vendors and venues for over a year the professionalism and communication have been all over the place.
Communication and service from R Bar 2 U has been the best of any service provider yet. Camille was very responsive, outlined her services very clearly and provided exceptional customer service. Her bar was at the wedding venue until midnight and she provided services at our home the next morning for a 10am brunch. She was prompt and well prepared with everything from alcohol during the wedding to a legit coffee/tea refreshment bar with all of the extras. Presentation was outstanding as well. You will not be disappointed!

Where do I begin?! These two are phenomenal! Meg and Clark were the MVP's of our wedding. Out of every detail our guests continue to talk about the bar service and how freaking cute that trailer is! Meg and Clark were great to work with on what we needed to buy and what they would bring to our wedding. They were a fantastic option for our private ranch wedding where we were allowed to bring our own alcohol but wanted a professional yet relaxed team to serve and handle our guest's beverage needs. Meg and Clark talked us through the pre-planning of our event and even came up to the house to discuss logistics and where to 'park the bar!' They are sweet and charming, organized, helpful, responsive...and they did a great job as the bartenders for our event. Our guests loved the converted horse trailer--it's cute and rustic, but also a very functional bar. They did a fabulous job renovating it. It's a really fun way to set up a bar and a great focal piece where the crowds will gather. The host stocks the bar while Meg and Clark take it from there. We're so glad we chose to work with Meg and Clark. The bar was one thing we didn't worry about while entertaining over 100 guests.
