Had to have Brian The manager be called to come and help me,rude,inconsiderate employees one sweeping one won't come from behind the cash register! Maybe try to help customers instead of pointing at things,just rude won't be returning and will absolutely not be telling people to patronize this place, how embarrassing for you all,young man told Brian to "get up front" how unprofessional.

They have the nicest and most helpful staff!
The store is great and had a lot of great products. They even had the cutest little bunnies you could pet. I am from out of state and needed to borrow their printer (totally random, I know) and their staff was so courteous and friendly to help a stranger from out of town. My first time in to grab dog supplies, liked the store. The friendly shop cat made me smile, and I was surprised they had some small live pets for sale too like Guinea Pigs and Turtles. Would go back just because it makes me happy to check it out.

Brought my Westie in to fit her for a new harness. As I was checking out, one of the employees asked if I wanted a bobblehead .... a promotional item from Hills, and it was a Westie!!! Of course I said yes, but did not realize until I got home that I was not charged for it (and maybe there was not a charge), but how sweet and what a gift. Elk River Pet & Ranch employees care about their customers

Colby & Michelle have through the years been helpful, knowledge, and the staff retention to me speaks loudly for the atmosphere they must crate. The fish are kept in terrible water conditions. Platies and guppies are dying and sick with worms and Ich don’t buy fish from here.
