I highly recommend this restaurant! Our server, Adam, went above and beyond to make our experience great. He was attentive and provided excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. The cocktails were spot on, and the food was outstanding. The Halibut Risotto, in particular, was exceptional.

This is a gem in the heart of Steamboat Springs. The ambiance was a modern vibe but not too loud and it definitely felt cozy.
They describe their food as 'elevated comfort food' which, while accurate, doesn't do it justice. The food is creative, flavorful and delicious. We opted to share everything, which was very easy to do. You must try the Bao Buns (2 per serving but large) and skillet cookie dessert (order an extra scoop of ice cream--they are small). I wish this restaurant was on the east coast. If so, I would be a regular!

Absolutely enjoyed our time here! Came in for my partners birthday dinner and we were not disappointed. First our server name on the ticket was Prietika, Greta energy and she was working so hard that night we never saw her stop moving! Management/FOH touched every table and were a pleasure to chat with at the door.

-short rib plate we ordered twice because it was out of this world!
-Brussels were crisp to perfection
-bacon arugula salad was a great start, super fresh
-old fashioned was phenomenal
We will definitely be back 🩷
I wish we took more photos but it was all so good we ate before the camera this time 😂

We were looking for a spot for a late bite and stumbled across this place. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the cool evening. They were accommodating even though I could tell they would have preferred we sat inside since there were no other tables out there. Every dish we got was better than the last. I was blown away at how good the food was. The server was super attentive and friendly as well. Great spot! I wanted to go back the next day, but the wifey wanted some variety instead.

Absolutely the best fine dining in Steamboat! This was our second time here and the food and service was phenomenal, again. I had the Risotto with Halibut, which melted in my mouth, so good! Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff. Zane did an outstanding job as our server and the host was awesome too! Also great music and atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for an upscale dining experience. 5 STARS!

Everyone on the team at Table 79 is wholeheartedly focused on creating a memorable experience for their guests. Our server, Kenzie, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, providing personal recommendations and coursing our meal. The restaurant manager, Natasha, was a superb host--she was warm and welcoming and put us immediately at ease upon our arrival. The chef even took a moment to drop in and follow up about our experience.

Food - top notch!
Service - impeccable!
Atmosphere - cozy and comfortable!

Was so good we went back 2 nights in a row. Service was outstanding - very friendly courteous and attentive. Second night we sat overlooking the kitchen and it was a real treat. Truly watching a well oiled team work together. We were told the burger was the best burger in Steamboat and I’m inclined to agree. All in all an outstanding dining experience!!
