Amazing dining experience! We did the chefs choice 5 course meal and were not disappointed. Creative menu and dishes with a wonderful combination of flavors. The wait staff was prompt and attentive. The portions, especially considering it is a 5 course meal, were perfect for two to split. All around great experience well worth the money. Total price was about $300 including tip and two alcoholic drinks.

I would highly recommend the chefs choice to anyone looking for an unforgettable and fun dining experience.

First dinner for us in Steamboat Springs! Fabulous menu, drink options and vibe. Wife and I ordered 4 shareable plates: panzanella, pow pow shrimp, tuna poke and beef brisket. Highly recommend.

We've had multiple meals here and they just never disappoint. This trip we had the bison carpaccio(2 orders) and the addition of "deviled eggs" this year was just next level. If you see the crispy potatoes on the menu, order them, so good. The duck duo and salmon crudo slapped too! Our server was great, he put up with our bad jokes and was very helpful attentive. Laundry is legit!

DELICIOUS. NYer here and cannot get over how good and reasonable the food is! Every plate was so inventive, unique, beautiful and delicious. The panzanella salad was reimagined with more greens and a pistachio pesto.

The waiter was a young kid and so incredibly respectful, professional, attentive and intentional. We were there to celebrate our engagement and several members of the staff came over to congratulate us and sent over a dessert at the end. Cannot rec a place more!

Top to bottom this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant ever. Ryan K was our server and recommended the pork chop and it did not disappoint. The chef came out to check on us and give his regards and then recommended the bread pudding which was phenomenal as well. Everybody we spoke to recommended this place and we can see why. 10/10

I have been several times through the years of visiting friends. What a great spot for cocktails and food. Service is fantastic, food is always innovative and exciting. Wine list is long and impressive. We ordered several delicious dishes and the pies de resistance was the pork dish! Desserts were yummy too. I will definitely continue to come here. Highly recommended!
