3 stars because everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful. Appointment was 1300, I arrived around 1030. Dropped trailer in a door. It's now 1700 and still waiting for the loaded call.

My suggestion is when you get here, turn the sleeper provision on your elog on and go immediately into sleeper berth. You can do a 7-3 split. That's what I'm doing.

On my rate confirmation it says appointment time 13:00. I show up at 10:19am. Get here and was immediately given a dock. I was told because I'm early that I'm basically a work in. But according to the warehouse computer, appointment time isn't until 14:00. When that time comes, you'll be loaded ASAP. I've seen people come and go within minutes of getting here. Something shady is going on. I've been here almost 5 hours now and still haven't even got the red light.

Took onions in supersacks. Was a little concerned with the other reviews. 10 am appointment showed up at 0730 unloaded paperwork in hand by 0830. Everyone was friendly and professional. You have to hold the button on the intercom to talk once security answers. Take your drivers license in with you.

Hey truck drivers! Be careful when you take a load to this location. Make sure you have an appointment. If you don’t have an appointment, you will be waiting for days to get unloaded. People are nice, but the place has strict rules. I would not take a load to this place anymore.

So after reading all negative reviews. I was expecting less than wors for my delivery at this place. But I still give it a try for early delivery around 1730hrs 12/20/22, the day before my actual appointment the next day at 1100. Anyway, Tony unloaded in less than 45 minutes. IDK if I was just lucky or they hard workers. Truck stops TA, loves, kum and go 3445 E Kearney St, are like 10 min away from this place if you are not lucky.

I'm arrived at 1500 for appointment at 1600 they tell me that morning shift was leaving a 15:30 that the next shift was going to deal with my load, understandable, but 1800 instil waiting for somebody to call me to get my trailer. A trailer can be load in 30 minutes I do not understand why all the issues to get you load. If you late to your appointment they do not want to load you, but when is them is not accountability, nobody care.

I know everyone's experience isn't the same, but mine was awesome. Easy in. Unloaded quickly. Nice people. It is hectic with a lot of trailers, but I got my long W900L in here without an issue. I'd come back.

Arrived very early (8am) on a Friday for a 1pm appointment delivery. Very strict time policy. Made me leave property & come back no earlier than noon for my appointment.
