As always Fred Meyers was wonderful! We were helped by Rachel (Lupser?) and she was so nice and showed us exactly where to go to get the double sided tape we needed! Give her a raise her customer service was phenomenal!

Not only are the prices on items sometimes $2-$3 more than Walmart (I use the apps to check) the employees aren’t helpful. The last two times I’ve visited I asked for help, each time the employee just said “I don’t know” and walked away. Not, let me ask someone who’s worked here longer, or call my supervisor, just shrugs shoulders and says figure it out. I expect that from Walmart employees but what are we actually paying for when we shop here?

Today, the Deli lady worker at this location at approximately 3pm did not fulfill our order. She told us to do our shopping and come back. After about 40 minutes, she couldn't be bothered to do her job. To our knowledge, we were the only order. She had not even started it. We should have gone to the store on Airport where they do their job in a timely manner.

This is Fred Meyers East. The one closer to downtown. It has a different layout than Fred Meyers West, but the inventory is pretty much the same. Right now you can get a bunch of my favorite flowers for $2. Gotta love the butcher option.

Great store. Has just about everything you could need. Digital coupons in their app saves us a lot! Getting money off gas for shopping here is awesome too!

Great selection and stock throughout the store. A lot of variety throughout all sections. Checkout lines keep moving without a wait and staff is very helpful. Self checkout is quick and efficient. Starbucks located inside is convenient as well and a nice amenity.

A very nice Grocery, clothing, and house hold store. Nice and bright and clean. Very helpful staff. Prices were very reasonable. And in the front of the store is an Alaska Gift shop.

Always great shopping experiences, Except there's too many store resets. If the store concentrated on paying their good employees more such as REAL LIVE CASHIERS versus needless money spent on automated machines. You should not have just one to three CASHIERS Always ready throughout store hours. Regardless of what studies show, which can be interpreted in several ways of self checkouts.

If you want your customers base to be strong, then you should follow my advice. Good, reliable customers don't use self checkouts as often as you think and generally have more items of value, which means they spend more time and money in your stores.
