I purchased a Duro Drop in 5 burner convertible gas grill with rotisserie burner in May 2024. We installed it in our built in bbq unit and within less than 5 months, we realized that it was rusting. We live in Southern California and keep it covered with a high quality sturdy cover whenever it is not in use. When I contacted customer service they dismissed me by saying that rust was not covered under warranty. We had our previous unit for 14 years before replacing it with this one and it never developed any rust. Very Disappointed in Duro's customer service and management team. Steer clear of this company at all costs!!

Bought a 36” NXR Pro stove in December 2019 (a little more than 4 years ago) through Costco. After several warranty repairs (stove burner electrode and burners themselves) it’s become very difficult to get the parts I need to fix my stove. The parts remain “Sold Out” for months on end. This is the WORST appliance I have ever owned. Will be replacing in less than 4 years of use. As the other reviews suggest, please DO NOT BUY!!!!! The photo is a hole that burned through the oven burner and the part is currently sold out. Buyers beware.

I bought this range in 2019, worst buy ever from Costco. First the LED lights didn't work. Then a burner ignitor stopped working. The large oven ignitor stopped working. The little oven has rust under the bottom panel. After my food was done in the little oven we couldn't open the oven door. Finally got it open and now the gray porcelain insde the door is bent and doesn't completely close. Now 2 burner ignitors don't work and one keeps clicking after it lights. The company is of no help, they don't answer the phone or return messages. So now it's covered under the extended warranty by Allstate. In order for them to pay I have to pay the repair and then get reimbursed. And can't find anyone in my area that will work on NXR.

Be Careful of your purchase... We recently received a new NXR Range thru Loews, who delivered and installed. After two weeks of unsatisfactory use, it became very oblivious that both Ovens were defective and needed to be re-calibrated. The Little oven worse than Big oven. Called Duro Corporation to file claim. I was told that Temperature Re-calibration could not be done. "Not repairable". They said I needed to contact Loews for a replacement. Another Model Range, from a quality manufacturer, has been ordered and will be delivered and installed.
We will never use NXR products in future. Thought I would pass along.

I own an appliance repair company. We needed to replace a spark module on a stove for a customer. I ordered the module (which a rep from NXR / Duro Corp told me they had plenty of in stock) and waited for it to arrive. The part never came, so I called the company and was told that the spark module had been backordered for months... I asked them to refund the $200 I spent right away. I was assured that they would process the refund immediately - this was one month ago. Still no refund. I have called twice since, but to no avail. I will now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very unprofessional company - apparently no ethics or morals. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your next appliance.

DO NOT BUY THESE STOVES. I purchased an NRX stove in December of 2020. It has NEVER worked properly. I wish I had read the Google posted reveiws. The oven does not heat to desired temperature. It's off by 50 to 75 degrees.The oven has been serviced twice. The unkept service person could not test his repair as he lacked the proper test equipment. Duro has sent parts three times, in one of the shipments the parts sent were not for our stove. Months after the last service call I received the third box of parts. They sit in storage as there has been no follow up.

NEVER buy anything from this company. We spent nearly $6000 on a 48" gas range/oven from them and it has been a nightmare since 2016. The small oven door got completely stuck shut and we had to get that repaired. All of the stove tops constantly click when they are on even though we have cleaned them multiple times. We had to have the ignitor replaced on the large stove after it completely stopped heating and now, 1 year later, we have to do it again. Neither Costcto, nor Duro, will do anything for us. What a huge waste of money and just a huge headache.

Wish I could give Duro and especially Anthony more than 5 stars. They listed an open box BBQ grill for a fraction of what it should have cost. I immediately reached out, talked to Anthony and told him I wanted it. I let him know I could come immediately, but since they closed at 4pm I would not make it. He asked if I could come the following day (Friday) but I let him know I was out of town that day. I offered to pay over the phone or give a deposit but he told me that as long as I could pick it up on Monday that he would remove the ad temporarily and just hold it for me.

I arrived Monday and there was the brand new grill, exactly as described. I picked it up, brought it home and began installing it the next day. Unfortunately, it was missing the side mounts and the grill shelf. I let Anthony know and he immediately overnighted the parts to us at NO cost. Exactly what he should have done, but my experience is that many companies would have charged for the shipping, especially considering the discount I had already gotten on the grill.

The BBQ is awesome and it's nice to know the kind of experience we can expect if anything goes wrong in the future or if we need parts.

Our experience was amazing. We love our new BBQ and are very grateful to Anthony for his tremendous customer service.
