My first order was online. The menu had a number of meals that appealed to me so I ordered four. When I picked them up then and subsequently the server was efficient, friendly and helpful. Since then I have ordered more because everything has been delicious and well-prepared. I freeze a number of the meals and they are still high quality.

I love this place! I don’t personally like to cook but I enjoy a home-cooked meal. On the Fly turns out delicious, well-balanced, healthy meals that have that home-cooked feel. Their choices change weekly so you don’t get bored, which is nice compared to other spots that never change. Their pricing is totally fair especially if you think about grocery cost and time to shop, prep, cook, and clean. I’m gluten free and they’ve been crushing it with those options lately - much appreciated. I love Erin!!, too, she’s the best but all of the workers their are great. They’ve really helped me maintain my health for a fair price on good quality meals. Im so appreciative and clearly have only good things to say. Do yourself a favor and just check this spot out.

Love Paulo & Shannon and the company they have!! The food is absolutely delicious!!! I don’t really cook so good FRESH, nutritious food brought to my door is a total blessing!! The meals are so filling & tasty!! Dependable deliveries that are always on time! Right to my front door!! Sometimes I even leave a cooler if I’m not home. Love that I can pick it up at different locations if I am not in town. Definitely give this company a try!! You’ll thank me later!
UPDATE! Their menu variety is amazing! They added new breakfast items. Haven’t tried yet but lunch & dinner is items taste outstanding! Favorite is the charcuterie plate is to die for!
UPDATE 2! Had to add the Sushi Stack picture and tell you this is the bomb!! The wasabi/avocado mix is to die for!!! If you like sushi this is a must try!! Yum 😋

We like several of the breakfasts, lunches and dinners! We shop here every week. It's just the 2 of us, we get great meals without all the time needed to cook them. Different meals every day. The cost is the same as most fast food places, but healthier for you! We love the food, and the people! Oh and my granddaughter must have their Honey Garlic Chicken every time she comes to our place after school, three days a week!

It is an amazing place! I am so glad I found them. I work a lot and sometimes I do not have time to cook for myself so this is a great and healthy option instead of reaching for fast food. Ingredients are nice and it tastes so good!

Have been ordering from Meal Prep on the Fly since meeting the owner at an event last year. I am a co-owner of a fitness studio so I am always looking for healthy options with a good component of protein. Different from other meal prep deliveries there is no minimum order and no certain number of entrees you have to hit. They also have a lighter option which I love. Most importantly it all tastes great and I have not tried anything that I don’t like. It’s all freshly made and freezable. I have eaten them fresh and I have frozen meals when I have needed to and the taste profile doesn’t change, The macros and ingredients are included on the package label which i also love. I highly recommend Meal Prep on Fly, meals are one of the lowest on the market, great quality, great service and a local small family owned business.
