Receiving is too slow. FCFS, arrive and back into an available door from door 10 - 18. We backed into a door at 0700- checked in with paperwork. Sat for 3 hours before they started to unload. Unloaded with paperwork in 30 min after start. 3.5 hours total sitting in a door wasting reefer fuel.

Receiving is a disaster; workers pretend to work hard, but in reality, they are just working hard on not doing their job correctly; management is very incompetent and inconsiderate, and receivers walk around and carry themselves as If they were VIPs at a party. It doesn't matter if you have 2-10 pallets; expect to sit here and wait 2-3 hours minimum.
