Great orchard for Apple picking with a large group. By reservation only. The apples and pears are delicious!! And you get to make delicious cider after picking apples.

I believe this place is by appointment only. We went with a group of 25 or so people, half of us were kids. The staff give you a little history about the orchard and fun quizzes about apples. Then they take you on a guided apple picking tour around their orchard. The Asian pears are at the end, so if that's what you want, make sure you have room left in your bag. We actually were saving too much room - when we got to the Asian pear trees and realized there were no more apple trees to pick from, the lady was reluctant to take us back to the apple trees (mind you, this is a pretty small orchard, nothing like Vulcan next door). She said she had bags of apples back at where we started. Well those apples were all shriveled and not anything we wanted to take home so we just gave up at that point. Then the kids got to help make apple cider and even got to have a sip (I didn't see this but my daughter said it was tiny but of cider).

If you have a large group of people, this may be a good place to go apple picking. You'll get to have this place to yourselves and not have to fight a big crowd.

Oh, I also should mention that they only have one porta potty with a bucket of water (to rinse your hands with...)
