Started unloading 30 minutes early. Only for this 3 stars, but the staff is very rude, rudeness and boorishness are the norm for them. Minus 1 star. Total, maximum 2 stars. This is a very high rating for this place. Try to avoid it if possible.

Y’all all ready knowing that they Don’t be in No rush 95% of the time but they are Good people! Don’t be like the Super Drivers & get in the way of the 1’s trying to actually get in their door! The place is already tighter than a nun so why Not park yo Fanny down on Pullman. . & get yo fanny some much needed exercise & walk back down to checkin! Check- in is simple walk 2 door, fill out form, put in folder, & wait on call! Once u receive call, slam the dock, do whatever u do cos U gone be there a lil min! They do have a porty- potty if need be! Then wait on them 2 bring paperwork r go get it & U Ain’t gotta go home but U already knowing U gotta get the hell away from there🤣! Now they rushing U. . Ain’t that bout Nuttin’🙄 Keep on Truckin’ Drivers & Be Safe while doin it ‼️✌🏿

No star too much time taking warehouse they dont care about appointments so u can get there early or late they will get you at your turn but charge you with a late fee so once you are at shipping and receiving fill in the sheet and leave your paperwork and sheet in the box# 02 than got to the streets for parking theyll call u give u door dont open or cut the seal once they will open door match seal and than call u to open and backup than they ll take hour or 2 and call u for lumper and give u paperwork after another hour or so😡😡😡

This place suck been here 6hr for 8 pallets wtf are they doing here don't come drivers bad place no space at all for parking and to back off u have to be very careful leaving ur dock driver from performance just park in front like if we don't need space to get out

Not bad for me, 11 am appt. Reached 12:20. Pm Unloaded 1:25 pm. Paperwork in hand by 1:30 pm.

11:00 appt checked in at 09:00. Parked on Pullman st plenty of space, no one bothered me. Quite a walk to shipping/receiving but we could all use it. Office is on right side of docks. Grab paperwork on door from box 1 and fill out your info. Place paperwork and bills in box 2. Waited in truck for about 30 min until I received a call for my door. Dock is definitely tight but people/staff were kind enough to spot me. Got a link through text for the lumper. 19 pallets $135. Got called for my bills which you find back on the receiving door in box 3. I was out by 13:30. Saw reviews before coming here and guess I got lucky.

Would give them a zero star if I could. Been here over 6 hours and still in a dock. They have not been on my trailer for over 3 hours. Still red light and can’t go anywhere they are slow
