Such a cute place! They offer hot and cold sandwiches in full or half sizes. Wide variety of drinks, sides, snacks to choose from. They have a small seating area of about 3 tables and a few benches for those looking to sit and eat. There is also a nice park near by to sit at if those tables are taken.

Cute and tiny grocery store hidden in the alley. A little bit over priced but great location if you want to grab something to the park!

Prices have gotten comically over the top. More than $10 for a bag of kettle chips and sandwiches were $16 each. The prices reflect the location but not the quality, felt like a sandwich from sprouts or whole foods for 2x the price. Won't be returning any time soon.

I come here around once a week and the staff are always so kind. They have so much bad it’s a nice place to go grab lunch or just a snack!

Most of the the prices listed on the items are incorrect and when you go to checkout it ends up being a different price. It hasn’t changed in years.

$1.80 per apple? None of the produce is priced so you have to just guess. I went in for some snacks to bring to a picnic. $50 later I had a couple of beers and a couple of bags of chips. So crazy.

Mulberry’s is the go-to convenience store in Piedmont, but unfortunately the price gouging here is remarkable and the costs are shockingly high even for Californian standards. Some products are twice to almost ten times as expensive as you would expect them to be, and almost ten times is not even an exaggeration.

I understand a premium in price being justified by the convenience of the store’s location, but many items are just absurdly priced. $9.99 for a loaf of bread, $10.99 for a small spice jar, $6 for a single bagel, $8 for a regular, not family-size box of cereal, the list goes on.

I would shop here more often if the prices weren’t so insane, but the price gouging makes me suspicious that Mulberry’s is just taking advantage of the high schoolers who come here for lunch because they don’t understand just how much they’re getting screwed over. I’m not expecting this place to be as affordable as Walmart, but Mulberry’s sells a $1.29 can of soup for $6.99. A bag of chips is $10. It’s preposterous.

Don’t get the sushi. It’s consistently bad.

The staff is so nice! well most of them, service has never been an issue , but now if you buy a bread and want to be heat it they charge you $1.00 which I find ridiculous since we buy our lunch and coffee every day there! Despite that they raise the sandwich price recently
