Such a nice place to visit. The workers are so nice. They introduced my boys to their kitty on our first visit. On our second visit, they took them to show them a hummingbird nest. I think I was more impressed than them. Nice place to visit!!

I love this nursery! The people that work here are friendly and helpful, the plants are healthy and the gift area is thoughtfully laid out with a nice selection of items to choose from. They also have heavenly-sounding windchimes that are made Austin, Texas.

We purchased from Westurf Nursery on 2/21/2020. Renee made it an experience which is unforgettable. She provided us with excellent customer service, as we had thought it would be delivered on 2/22/2020.

I contacted her around 9 AM on 2/22/2020 that we still had not received the grass, and she advised us that we did not ask for it to be delivered. We paid for the delivery cost, and she was able to have it at my house by 10 AM. Talk about great customer service.

OMGosh!!! After today's shopping experience, I won't go anywhere else for any of my gardening supplies and personal interests. I bought fruit trees, vegetable plants and misc items. I Loved the service and the prices. I only wish I would have gone there 2 days ago.

😑 Sadly, I went somewhere else and paid way too much for what I bought. I feel robbed.

I love this nursery but I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and every time I’m there they are rude. All during checkout, they barely acknowledge you, and then they barely talk to you as you’re paying while holding other conversations. I think only 1 time the lady was decent. Seems like ya’ll need some customer oriented staff. Cashiers at Walmart are better than this… well the ones I’ve come across. But I will say their plants are amazing. Just not the nicest staff. The Nursery cat is cool though.

Love their quality. Plants have quality roots and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Garden is serene, calming, and more than welcoming. No pushy sales folks, nature at its finest. Very pleased.

My mother bought soil from here a while ago, and its filled with unwanted seeds that are sprouting around our plants like weeds. When she went back to the store with this concern, the employees just brushed it off saying, " that doesn't happen with our soil" and told my mother to come back with pictures.
I'm sure photos help, but they went out of their way to tell my mom she's probably wrong before trying to be helpful.
We will not be returning to this place.
