Did the annual Dutch oven cook-off again this year. Lester n Dawn, n Pam were as usual...wonderful. the cook off was a success! The amazing foods, the variety is perfection. See the leather scrolled on saddles, watch the black Smith's, pan for gold...taste a wild boar cooked underground. It's amazing to participate and amazing to see all the entertainment that is offered.

Very cool place. The Hipcamp description is right on the money. The sites are primitive and have just the right amount of amenities. Spaces are a good distance apart and even if completely full would not feel crowded. Management attends to any issues right away.

It's a Great Place to have a Outing, We just did our 14th Annual Dutch Oven Cook Out on May 11th, Lester Patterson also does Hunter Safety Courses about 6 Times a Year there.
