Love this place. Full disclosure: They're hosting our Acorn Granary. However, they grow food to feed the 200 families at Alameda Point, and they deserve your support!! Their CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) produce boxes are legit--consider subscribing to receive some fresh, locally grown produce. Or volunteer! Seriously. It's a fun way to spend your day.

Yes! It part of a "get back on your feet program"? that provides housing and training and work referrals and keeps fee's: state, county, and city at bay as long as your are resident 75%.
I enjoy visiting Willie the residential pig; boy is he huge but friendly. When i shop, i included Willie the pig on my grocery list basically roots, fruit (not regular), vegetables (that are hard) so he can and brush his teeth. In the past 2 years our residency, options, program participation has been compromise, as well as, incomes to strive and so we can move forward. The farm is where peoples can volunteer services to feed animals and the community without begoming financially bind.🐖
