Amazing morning spent at the farm with lovely animals, highly recommend if you want a wonderful and healing experience in the nature and with animals and our tour guy was super friendly and patient with us, and they have a nice cute gift shop too!

Our family were in Temecula from 3 different states for a softball tournament and decided to go to the Alpaca farm. The property is beautiful and we got to see a few different animals but they only had 4 Alpacas which was very disappointing. We expected an Alpaca farm to have a lot more. We still enjoyed it but definitely not worth $40. The staff is wonderful.

The star attraction at The Alpaca Hacienda, undoubtedly, is the alpacas themselves! These fluffy, adorable creatures captured our hearts from the very beginning. The knowledgeable staff enhanced our experience by sharing fascinating insights into the alpacas' care, behavior, and unique personalities. Getting up close and personal with these gentle creatures, feeding and petting them, created cherished memories that we'll carry with us forever.

For those who might be concerned about any potential spitting or playful chasing, fear not! The friendly alpacas can also be fed from the outside of their enclosures, allowing visitors to have a delightful interaction while feeling completely at ease.

After the delightful alpaca interactions and group photos, we ventured into their cozy gift shop, and oh boy, were we in for a treat! The selection of alpaca-related merchandise was truly impressive. From soft alpaca wool scarves to cute souvenirs, each item was of exceptional quality, leaving us tempted to bring everything back home as cherished mementos.

There are so many cool places to discover in Temecula! I can't believe this one is a mere five minutes from our home and we had never been there. Thankfully, we fit in an afternoon there with all our grandkids during a recent visit.

I bought tickets online ahead of time for our large group. Owner Beth was wonderful to deal with, especially when I needed to add 2 more to the reservation. There's even an option, for a nominal fee, to have an additional 30 minutes picnic time with table/chairs provided.

Julie led our visit which started with a super informative presentation in a beautiful gazebo area. She gears the tour to the specific group, so ours leaned towards info for the little ones which was wonderful. She was so patient with lots and lots of little kid questions! It was all so fascinating that I'd love to return to learn more about these amazing creatures.

It was so much fun to then interact with all their alpacas and two llamas on their beautiful property. They're so gentle and sweet, and we all enjoyed feeding and observing them. We had lots of time and Julie provided us with food and instructions for feeding the alpacas. There were also plenty of great photo ops available on the grounds. We ended our visit with a stop in their cute gift shop.

Never thought I would have so much fun being around so many Alpacas but this was great! Our tour guide was so wonderful and her patience with our larger group, including young kids, made the whole experience great! Learning about the Alpacas and Llamas before meeting them really helped engage our group. I would say that I did get a little spat on with a small piece of pellet right to my forehead, but it was rather comical. Would definitely come back for another session!

Discovered this awesome place Googling for alpaca experiences in California. My daughter loves alpacas. So we booked the private tour and spend about 2 hours learning about these incredible animals, feeding them and finishing up with a little lunch before hitting the road. So much fun. If you or your kids love alpacas, this place is a must experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Ask for the owner Beth or Julie. They’ll take great care of you.

We cannot say enough great things about this place!! From start to finish our tour was entertaining, fun, and so relaxing! Having a private tour with an amazing tour guide (Julie) was a great experience I’d recommend to anyone! I had also really wanted a maternity photoshoot with the alpacas and they made that dream a reality! I’m so excited I discovered this gem of a place and hope to bring our baby girl once she’s old enough to appreciate the alpacas like her mama does 🥰

Truly a unique and magical experience. It is a sanctuary for any animal lover and beware you will surely fall in love with these beautiful creatures. Tour includes a short education and opportunity to feed the alpacas. Great for families, kids or a date. You can extend your tour and enjoy a nice picnic. One of our favorite places in Southern California!
