SUPER SLOW ATTENDANCE TIMING
I HAVE A APPOINTMENT AT 4 PM TODAY BEEN HERE SINCE 4 PM AND HAVENT ATTENDED ME AT ALL AND ITS NOW 7:16PM

ITS BEEN 3 HOURS AND NOTHING
YOU GUYS NEED TO WORK ON GETTING YOUR LOADS ASSIGNED TO A DOCK ASAP AND UNLOAD TRAILERS AND HURRY UP YALL TAKE FOREVER

1⭐️for the guy in guard shack he is very polite and guide you where to go. Rest is wastage of time if you are coming to pick or deliver here. They don’t care about appointment time or if you are first in line. They unload the truck first whatever they need first. So don’t come here at any cost or get ready to be here for 6-7hours.

Great experience here today.
Arrived 40 min early, was told to drop trailer to left, disconnect, leave the yard. The yard dog will put trailer on a door, load and the guard will call when done. He told me it will take about 2 hours so go ahead and go eat and they will call me to come back. Had perfect amount of time to go to the Pilot to shower, eat breakfast and come back to pick up the load.

I went there with a load mbm in a hopper they called me back promptly. They had some issues with their equipment they kept me informed on what was going. They fixed the issue and all went well. Thank you for keeping me updated.

The best place ever. I've been sitting here since Monday and today is Thursday. The guard shack "apologized" for the delay and I'm like that's OK I'm getting paid either way. The best demurrage I'll ever receive. Cause I told my boss I'm going after the full amount daily

My appointment was at 1215 AM in the morning showed up early for delivery at 8pm they had me drop trailer in yard at 1030pm at 1210am I was sign pickup my trailer to leave . impeccable service came and woke me up since I didn't answer my phone come to find out the guard that check me in wrote my number down wrong. Hopefully this lets people know don't judge a company by what people have to say about it

Truck driver stay away from this place took 20 hours to unload me. They only use one dock for unloading and least take7-8hours. But you gotta wait least to 3-4 hours to drop the trailer.
