After dealing with this place for over 15 years, tonight was probably the worst I’ve ever seen them, will have to rethink our logistical map towards picking up products from them. Samantha was very inoperative in our efforts to do a pick up today. Asking any kind of question I would get hung up on. Or put on hold without even knowing.
I strongly recommend custom produce doing a thorough traing on how to handle calls, as we’ll learning a bit more about logistics. Wish the best upon them however, the worst was shown tonight.

This lady that checks you in so worried about watching videos on her phone and putting makeup on for some reason and will completely ignore you. I signed in and sat there for 10 minutes watching her just completely ignore me. Need to kick her to the curb and find some one with a hint of customer service skills.

very bad place for pickup cheked in at 12 afternoon they said load is not ready have another pick i came refuse to load they said they dont load like that you have to stay here if you want to load no call nothing just argue and rudeness to drivers

They wanna make sure you have an appointment just to have you sit for 10 hours. & The people aren't honest @ all. Brokers should stop doing business with these types of people. Samantha has a horrible attitude & shouldn't work in any aspect of customer service

People working in the shipping office and loading dock are very helpful and respectful. Fast loading and product is ready most of the time. Even if they are waiting on the product, they will tell the exact ETA when they can get you loaded. They got clean Restroom and lot of parking space.
Overnight parking on the road is allowed.

What a waste of time if u have pickup no kbx you have to wait till 7 pm all others get loaded normally but kbx number have to wait and somebody will come to knock on your door even if u checked in morning 7am u have to wait till 7 pm is this a joke completely waste of time why u guys schedule if u can’t load on time 😡😡😡being stupid here from last 10 hours
