Someone once described the human emotional state to me as a stack of building blocks; everyday worries, compressed by work stresses, all topped off with those unexpected bad times – eventually the stack becomes unstable and collapses.
After multiple bereavements and hits to my professional and personal life, my emotional stack collapsed, and I found help in the form of Patricia. Yes, I was nervous and nearly cancelled, it was emotional and there were tears, but by the end of that first session, I knew it was going to be worth it.
Through delicately guided questions and answers, I’ve learnt to identify my emotions, work through my grief and talk through new emotional building blocks as they are added to my partially stabilised stack. Friendly, truly professional and highly experienced, I can’t recommend Patricia more highly.
