The park manager Gordon ..seems pretty nice and I really only heard good things about the park

Ok the bad. Management. They will try whatever they can to not have to maintain there end of the property your mobile sits on. Read the agreement carefully. They act more like the military police than a helping hand. They are the puppets of the owners.
The owners are very snooty and don’t mind bending the law if they want you out. I saw many people forced out because there homes were older.
Once I was diagnosed with Cancer they made there move on my family while I was in treatment. No heart no soul.
Not enough time or space to say what I really want to say. Just be carefull.
