I was very satisfied with the delivery of sod at my house last weekend. All rolls on the pallet looked great. At first, it wasn’t clear to me that I needed to order through Quartz Hill Garden Center. Once I figured that out, the process was smooth and the delivery was set up the same week.

Very unprofessional staff. Besides being disrespected by the two girls and manager that work there, nobody seems to have any knowledge about the product they are selling, alot of attitude. Therefore I highly do not recommend. If you need sod go to tahachepi and find Valley Sod Farm the only competitor out here as home depot does not sell good stuff. They will also deliver.

Horrible customer service. I spoke to the incompetent lady at the Palmdale location and was very specific about what I needed which was St Augustine sod and she told me they had 1000 Square feet immediately available. However, when I arrived she told me she thought I said Fescue sod and wanted to argue with me about what I asked for over the phone. Be aware of who you're dealing with at this place because as I learned (after driving an hour) they do not have good people skills nor communication skills, which was apparent when I walked in and everyone was looking down at their phones while at their computers. This place sucks

Just put in another lawn of their Tiffway sod. It is our third purchase of this product from them. This grass is indestructible. Perfect for rentals when your tenants don't take care of the lawn. The sod we put down was for our front yard. It is so soft. The roots go super deep so it is very drought resistant and has low water use. Pieces came in 3 foot strips and were easy enough to install (my kids did a lot of the installation. Pieces were consistent in size and shape. Price was good.

Very unprofessional staff. I called in the morning and spoke to a salesperson named, Jeff, at length about Bermuda grass. I asked if they deliver locally and he said that they only supply fescue in the area so it would be best to go to their location in Palmdale to pick it up. I said okay and that I would be headed right over.

After driving more than an hour from Pasadena, I was told by the staff that they only cut turf at night and that I would have to, "come back tomorrow". After offering that I could wait or inquiring about delivery, they were unwilling to help me out.

As a longtime landscape professional, this was a first for me. How you plan on gaining and sustaining customer business with untrained sales staff and poor customer service is beyond me. You all have some serious contemplation to do about how to successfully operate your business.

If you need grass, this is the only place to get it from. Do not get grass from the pallets dropped off at home improvement stores, when it's possible to pick up grass directly from the supplier. Call ahead, and A G Sod Farms will have the grass ready by the time you arrive. If you ever need to resod an area, A G maintains a record of the type of grass you bought, which makes it easy to keep the same grass. Delivery is available for large orders.

Very unprofessional staff, and now horrible service. They expect you to now order two weeks in advance if you want a delivery. They claim not to have enough staff available. How in the world is a small business supposed to tell a customer that. We will loose the customers.
