Hit or miss. Sometimes it's good, other times the food can be very skimpy. You can see from my two photos of my tacos. I had to laugh and take a picture. The entire Fiesta Pack was like this.

Visit #1 Crunchtada Dine-in - Lettuce intensive. Argumentive staff. Wanted me to pay extra for a normal amount of cheese. No box for crunchtada. The person behind me got a normal amount of cheese on her crunchtada and it was put in a box also.

Visit #2 Crunchtada Drive-thru - Had only a tbsp of beans and minimal cheese. (2nd photo) Other issues as well, but this skimping on ingredients is ridiculous

This location was very dirty, Liquid on the floor in the dining area. Took 12 minutes to get 2 tacos, 1 bean Burrito and a small fry (this is with 6 people in the kitchen alone). Food was just ok.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was. Ordered in a couple minutes and then left a couple minutes later. I even stared at the worker for a bit because I thought she was calling a different order for a doordasher but sure enough she was asking me what kind of sauce I wanted.

Tortilla was undercooked. I would think because I handed my food back so they can reheat the tortillas they would change the taco I bit I thought I would get a new one. Only because I touched it and then they touched it and gave it back lol ruined my morning. It’s disgusting not going back. Usually when they’ve made an error they give you a fresh taco or whatever it may be. Didn’t think I would open up the taco and seen my bitten taco. First time for everything

This store knows nothing about Q.S.C. or how to operate during a crisis. If you permit patrons to order or pickup inside then treat us nicely. Most of us are picking up a delivery and we want the order to be correct, safely packaged, and properly prepared. The pictures will show this store is dirty, poorly managed, with indifferent staff. Why is the floor, tables, and dining room filthy if no one is eating inside? It's because the kitchen is worse and no one cares. Stop treating people with anger or impatience. Learn what safety standards are and retrain the managers.

This is the worst del taco I've experienced, I HAD A dine in a ordered 2 cc fries Christian the manger was taking orders and smoking directly outside of the restaurant I made HIM aware he states we'll the lobby is closed and I can smoke,NOT 2 REMIND YOU HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS,AND/ ALSO AFTER HER RETURNED FROM SMOKING HE WAS EATING FRIES DIRECTLY OUT THE FRYER VIDEO BELOW

Nice flavors in the carnitas and the impossible 8 layer burrito. However, this time I tried the brisket burrito. Good concept, bad execution. Hopefully not a permanent offering. Mostly French fries inside, resulting in a very un-Mexican and unappetizing dish. Absolutely not recommended.
