What an amazing farm and experience! We had so much fun spending time with the camels, feeding the sheep and learning a lot about the animals and birds during the presentation beforehand. I cannot believe this is only an hour away from where we live! I will definitely be back. What a special and unique place!

I set up a private tour for a group of 17 adults and kids online through their website which was super easy. The main goal was to ride a camel so I made sure to book Friday as it says they only do the rides on the weekends! It was a great experience. My son had been asking to ride a camel and I had to find somewhere in San Diego to do it! All the kids had a blast feeding all the different animals sheep, chickens and especially the camel. The lady doing the tour was awesome and provided lots of info! After our tour the kids all got to ride the camel and even all the moms ended up taking a turn to ride but you gotta be under 200lbs to ride and at least 4 years old. We also enjoy the eating the camel chocolate we purchased. This farm is family ran and your tour helps keep them running and supports the farm. So gather your family up and make a trip to visit these camels!

On a drive during COVID, we came upon a field of CAMELS at the Oasis Camel Dairy. We then vowed to return and learn more about this Dromedary Dairy. Even after the long wait, it did not disappoint! Owners Gil and Nancy are gracious and funny hosts. We arrived not knowing just what to expect and left completely delighted with the entire experience. We were serenaded by very talented birds, we witnessed a 'turkey stampede', we had a very thorough Camel lesson, we had the opportunity to feed and pet the most adorable mini-sheep, and most importantly we had the opportunity to love on and feed the camels. We felt this was a fantastic afternoon worth every penny. We will be back, hopefully with our grandchildren. Wow.

I was fairly disappointed. I took my 4 yr old and 9 yr old sons. We made the trip from Orange County. We thought we would be able to ride a camel. My 4 yr old son requested that we go to a farm because he potty trained. I thought coming here and taking him on a camel ride would be awesome. I was told that if I came back with a large enough group then they would do it for a private party. But doing it for the open public farm dates made the camels unhappy. Then he also told my 4 yr old he was only allowed to feed the fish one last time.

The birds and the lady with them is absolutely amazing.

But overall we were disappointed.

Also disappointed in the quality of the ingredients in the camel chocolate. The chocolate itself was very good and creamy. It was a very nice flavor, but when you got to the added ingredients, example is the coffee, the ground up coffee quality was garbage.

We had a great experience on Memorial Day weekend at the Oasis Camel Dairy. From the time of arrival, everyone was warm and friendly which made the check in process a breeze. They begin the farm tour with a bird show and then the main attraction the majestic camels! The experience was informative and fun for kids and adults. All of the camels that I fed and encountered were very sweet and gentle. I could clearly feel the love and dedication that is taken with all of the animals that live on the ranch. We hope to return for a private tour in the future. Thank you for sharing this special experience with our family!

We had a wonderful time, the show was a bit loud for my toddler, but the staff allowed us to go to a quiet area by the entrance and pet very friendly little Donkey named Snaps. My child absolutely loved it. Older child who is not on the spectrum enjoyed the show and Turkey races. We all had a wonderful time feeding the camels who are by far the happiest most gentle camels I have ever encountered. Its wonderful to visit a farm where the animals are treated with such dignity that you cant help but notice how happy they all are.

Informative & fun. I've been twice. Make sure to get your camel milk lotion before you leave. They also have the most fantastic lip balms and soaps from camel milk as well.

Wow this perfect stop on the way to Julian. Kids loved it! Had a fantastic bird show, sheep feeding, camels who love apples and a camel ride. Gil and Nancy who own and operate are great hosts and a lot of fun!
