UPDATE: Here's my so-called "unkind" email that this manager was incapable of answering: "I understand that Sungate is on a land lease of approx $97/mo. I'm interested in relocating to the area. Can you tell me when the land lease is due for renewal and if there's any cap on any potential increase? THX" THAT was the entire initial inquiry.

Incompetent, unprofessional and rude was the response as indicated below. The fact that they choose to acknowledge their shortcoming in being forthright with a potential buyer is an indication of poor management. I'll be happy to share more if anyone is interested.

Avoid this place at all costs!!

Completely unprofessional and rude management. I inquired to obtain information about the HOA to do some due diligence before purchasing there. When they couldn't answer my questions, I asked for the contact infor for the BOD. Here's the snotty response I received: "I work for the HOA and the members of the HOA, both of which you are not. I am not required to share any information with you whatsoever. I am sure that would be something you would like if it was your information that was being asked for from a complete stranger."

If this individual worked for my company, they would be FIRED ON THE SPOT! Refusing to provide publicly available information is just plain rude and poor management. AND, the attitude alone, is disgusting.
