We were walking around downtown looking for a nice place for dinner. We were looking at the menu display outside when the host came up to us and asks if we wanted a table and we said sure! He sat us down and the restaurant was quite lively, it was very cozy, romantic, and the people were very nice. There were families, friends, and a lot of couples. We ordered the award winning clam chowder, the cheesey bread, seafood pasta, and chicken pesto pasta. The menu is quite extensive so there is something for everyone. I also ordered the mint tea which was so incredibly delicious. The clam chowder was hearty, thick, and wonderful. The cheesey bread was a big portion and came with marinara sauce. The seafood pasta was creamy and had a lot of seafood. The pesto chicken pasta was good as well. We were so full by the end of dinner. I would come here again for the vibes and the food.

Exceptional Service. Delicious food!

A Saturday night in Pacific Grove, the sun had just set, and after a 10-minute drive from the beach to International Cuisine, we were seated immediately.
Mango lemonade- fresh, zingy, balance of lemon and mango.
The pomegranate Martini was a fresh twist to the traditional cocktail.
The Greek chicken kabobs served with a Greek salad, and rice were perfect. The chicken was seasoned well with salt, pepper and rosemary.
The gluten-free fig, pistachio, and cured pork with hot honey pizza were excellent. An amazing blend of flavors served with a white sauce.
Dessert- Venetian pistachio mousse! Wow. Drizzled with chocolate and Carmel and served with ripped cream. Finally a Turkish coffee, that kept us up for hours. Bold, savory flavour that took us back to Istanbul.

International Cuisine restaurant use to be a favourite place for my cousins and I. As a local I use to dine here frequently. However my last two visits here with cousin really turned me off from ever revisiting this restaurant ever again. To begin with the young waiter had a terrible attitude. He was 't friendly and had poor table manners. The food was also not good. I always ordered the lamb shanks but the last two visits they were terrible. The lamb was overcooked and lacking any flavour. The vegatables were cold and just not good for the price. My cousin had a chicken dish which was pricey and the portion was appropriate for a small child and not an adult. During our visit the waiter never checked with us. He was in the back and out of site. The dessert which we both use to enjoy mango cheese cake was stale and not good. We both left most of our food untouched and said we won't be returning anymore. We enjoyed many good meals here over the years but nowadays this restaurant gets a big thumbs down.

Fabulous flavors and great service! Definitely a local spot here in Pacific Grove. The place was super busy and they still had dinner out in a very timely manner. Several servers help each table. They work as a team here. The Greek Salad was super fresh. We had the Bolognese, Jambalaya, and cheese bread. Our meals were super flavorful. The place had families with kids eating here, and date night too. Clean bathroom in the building too. This place is wheelchair/walker accessible. There is free parking and easier to get spots in the evenings. We walked there, but there was parking available.

Ordered the 10" personal pizza size with sausage, artichokes, onions & cheese. The waiter suggested I might like it crispy as I indicated I liked my sausage cooked well. I should have asked for light cheese which is my usual preference. The pizza was much thicker & more spongy than I prefer. My side Greek Salad was good. This would not be my go to spot for pizza. The facility was nicely decorated & I had a great window seat. Staff were attentive.

I liked that this place is small and cozy. There is not a bunch of TVs and there is nice, mellow piano music playing in the background. The service was really good. I loved that everyone working there came up to our table at some point to check on us. Finally, the food was excellent. We had the Greek feast and the beef shawarma, which was really well seasoned. The hummus was a bit underwhelming, but the salad was exceptional and the rice was flavorful. A nice extra was the free pesto flat bread we got when we checked in on Yelp. I recommend this place.

Came here with my mother and my son for an early dinner earlier this week. The staff was so kind and accommodating to my son! They brought him crayons, pages to color, and they were so gracious with his rambunctiousness. The food was absolutely amazing too! Even the simple cheese pizza my son got was delicious! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something super tasty and kid friendly!!!

The place got busy right away, we got there just a little before 7pm - during a holiday weekend. Being so close to the water, it only made sense that we ordered seafood. The shrimp on my paella were cooked perfectly 👌
