Been hear for three hours. They said because I have to walk back in to the office. To give the paperwork to the lumper from the office. Which was 5 feet away. Which got me upset because I never had to pay lumpers to get loaded before, but found out I wasn't having to hire lumpers. Then was asked by the shipper, how I wanted it loaded. I said load it California legal. I have another pickup to get after this. Again bunch of bad attitude. The loaders should know how to do their damn job. This is first time in 10 years to be held up by this type of incompetence in California. Usually it's the traffic. The instructions needs to be precise. First question should be. Have you been here before? If the driver have then you can give them a shorter set of instructions. If they haven't, then you got to give them step by step instructions.

I was doing one single one double.From previous load I had two doubles in the end. The loader first refused to move one pallet to make it single there. Then he didn't put the cardboard supports to stop the load from tilting sideways.And loaded the single one straight not sideways as requested. Every place I pickup this costco load of lemons. They all put the supports. And are very friendly. So that one single pallet leaned on to the side. I wish I dont have to go there again.

Tight back in just because of cars and other trucks but it's a 24 hr facility, call ahead to check if your product is ready, if it is you're in and out really fast

I am a woman and I went into the office to use the restroom and was told to use the restroom in the shipping office , well the restroom was disgusting and stunk and I'm expected to use that I guess the women in the office are above me bc they won't let me use a clean restroom they want me to use a nasty and dirty one
