This week I’ve had a great opportunity to visit the Haas Automation plant in Oxnard, CA. It was a great opportunity to learn about assembly efficiency with this largest USA machine manufaturer.
Being Romi S.A., a Brazilian company internationally acknowledged as a Machine Tools manufacturer also, with a Foundry site with a capacity of up to 42 tons (raw & machine casting parts in serial production), we are starting and looking for a long-term partnership.
Thanks in advance #Frank Williams for share your 26 years of experience and making this opportunity feasible.

Attended Haas Tech 2017. Gene Haas really put on a nice event. The staff was very helpful and informative. Plus the food was great, all said a much better event than Westec was.

Haas has improved customer service so much that I needed to update my review. The HFO has been helpful and Jordan Whitfield made buying a new machine a wonderful experience. Thank you Haas for improving your service.

My overall experience as a Haas customer has been horrible. However, I added a star though because they did call and expressed concern about the issues we've had. Hopefully they are able to improve things. We have had a lot of issues with our Haas machines, but to be fair, more than half of the problem has been service issues with our local Haas distributor which is not 100% Haas corporate's fault.
