Worst “Made in America” clippers EVER!! They used to be one of the best until maybe 2 years ago (2017) when I started to notice clipper were made very bad. I just got two new clippers (851 - Ivac) and both with their own blades did not cut hair. It sounded loud and shake much more then my old. I am for sure looking for other replacement brands....If I was the company, I would totally be embarrassed to say “Made in America”...sad.

Today is June 6th 2017, I have not received the package I ordered May 21st 2017. When I check the tracking details, address is 100% correct. I understand Laube is 3 hours ahead of us on the East Coast, so I wait until the appropriate time to call accordingly. I call 3 times, the first 2 attempts were actually multiple calls, as i tried ext. 2 (Sales Dept) - ext. 3 (Purchasing Dept) and ext. 7 (Gen Manager) leaving messages with the Sales Dept, and Purchasing Dept asking for a return phone call. My third call I reach the Sales Dept now 3 & 1/2 hours after my first message, where "Phillip" tells me he received my messages, but cannot lookup my order because the mouse to his computer needs a new battery. I explain my frustrations, of not receiving my order for 6 levers and 2 Hinge Assemblys, AND WHEN I FINALLY ASK "PHILLIP" TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, HE TELLS ME THE MANAGER IS NONE OTHER THAN, kim laube, EVEN AFTER I SAID THERES NO ONE BETWEEN you and the owner? Pathetic! I will never call the company directly again, we will 3rd party source it, even if it costs more. Well done "Phillip" - What "Corporation" doesnt have a battery for a mouse, or ANOTHER COMPUTER?

We picked up some deshed shampoo and conditioner from them, it worked so well! Made undercoat look like it was melting away! Staff was very nice and friendly.
