I love Tree Factory. They always call and text with details on my order and delivery up until it’s in my hands. Great customer service. Shout out to Kiana today for taking my order. I also love the points system. I was able to get $40 off my order today.

I ordered delivery and my driver didn’t have enough change even though it was mentioned over the phone. I took in store credit for the difference in the price, and the next time I went in store to pick up, I was denied the credit stating the product I was getting was already on discount. I argued for a few minutes stating it was different as it was credit and not a discount, but ultimately was denied. This is the last time I go to this dispensary. Please be aware this dispensary is not for the people but for the profits. Never had this experience at any other Oxnard dispensary.

My favorite and only dispensary. Great product, great prices, great and knowledgeable staff. Delivery services, pick up and curbside services. Update! Not at all what they once were. They got rid of the nice people and good product. After years of loyalty, I will never go back.

Recently they haven't had much variety and when I have tried to order they have cancelled my last three orders due to random inconveniences and once didn't even deliver or call to let me know it was cancelled or denied. Some workers on the phone sound sincere but the rest sound like they're under the influence so it makes it difficult to communicate sometimes.

Hello all!! I absolutely love this dispensary, I’ve had nothing but great experiences and interactions with the people who work there. They are always kind, mindful, and helpful. My recent interaction with Gabby only confirms that statement even more, she was great so a shout out and thank you to her! The prices are extremely good, I can always get good quality flower in whatever price range I’m looking for. Their service is quick and easy, payment is simple. I’ve never once had an issue with them at all. Both my in-store and delivery experiences have been seamless, and their store front is a lot of fun, their bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as I started getting my herb from Tree Factory I stopped even looking into other dispensaries. I’m never disappointed. My favorite thing about their service is the reward point system. They offer super solid discounts through the points you build up. For me, it’s just the cherry on top of a great dispensary. I highly recommend checking them out.

Don’t know WTH is going on with this shop- I’ve been a frequent/VIP customer for YEARS, and about 6 mo ago, some major and drastic shit changed- what kind of dispensary consistently doesn’t have ANY flower? Apparently that’d be TreeFactory (ironically lacking a single variety of ‘tree’?). Delivery takes (and always has) a long time, but communication was always effective. Wish I could speak to their delivery service now, but since they haven’t stocked products that aren’t AIO vapes, or prerolls, I have not had occasion to order in months. checked their menu out this weekend, and once again… NO FLOWER! Like…. at all. Wasn’t even listed as a category on their online menu. Guess I’m old school in expecting a dispensary to carry weed? I wish you guys luck catering to whatever customer base you seem to be pandering to, but you've lost an OG patron.
