If you have the misfortune to be sent here, do your best to find another load, you are facing at least 6 or 8hrs waiting time, no facilities at all. STAY AWAY refuse any load from this guys. And yes, very unsafe area for drivers and equipment

It was an 8 hour wait to get a door. No parking available anywhere. The area was inundated with trucks. Once we were docked, it didn't take long to load and receive the bills. The staff were friendly and courteous. Once completed, we headed out only to discover we were 14,000 pounds over our gross weight of 80,000. Needless to say, this mistake cost several days of time and money. Will never accept a load from here again. All the hassle of parking, waiting, small docking area and 14,000 pounds over loaded... just was not worth the money the load paid.

There seems to be no point in telling the loaders how you want your stuff loaded because they seem to know everything. I guess they know how many pallets I have to pick up because after telling my loader how I wanted it loaded it proceeded to tell me no cause it wasn't heavy so it should be loaded his way.. I explain with the amount of pallets that I have, I need it loaded my way.. He still refused.. Now I'm coming out of my pocket paying the next place to change the pallets.

Worst company for thise who are truckers……staff didn’t know how to talk with drivers… when ask to staff about the load that why it is taking 7-8 hours for 4 pallets they say i don't know its not my job…

Checked in on a Friday night. At 7:40 pm. Sitting in the dock for an hour and the front desk says I've only been here 20 mins and the produce just got here. After closing hours? I'll be lucky to make the next place before they close at 10. Make sure you park in front of the place then walk up to the office. Because you'll end up circling the block looking to parking and theres no parking in their facility. 🤬 look out for the tight docking. It's no joke.

Not the worst, not the best. Usually get a door and loaded quick enough. One side can be a bit tricky to back up the other side no problem.

Edit: washroom never has TP or soap to wash hands...EVER! With this Covid 19 virus they brought in a hand washing station that never has soap or water!!!! So why bring it in?

Evening shift at shipping desk are rude AF. Never fails, always rude and sometimes mouthy to drivers.
