They got a super tight blindside parking for check-in and if those spots full they will push you to go out and park on the street and there is no parking sign everywhere on the street and homeless people walking around. I’m here for a couple of pallets. It’s been four hours waiting here. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take more.

Can’t say anything good about the company only the security officers are very nice and polite. But the waiting time is very long . Been here since 8am it’s now 4pm and still at the door

Edit: night time crew in dispatch/shipping are getting worse as time goes by. Getting loaded here is like pulling teeth.

Day time staff here is awesome! Fast loading times as long as you get here before 4 pm. Then the night shift takes over and it's like pulling teeth. I arrived at 430pm was told my load was ready but that there were a few trucks ahead of me. Got my door at 1130 pm. If it's like the last three or four times it will be 2am before I get my paperwork and get off the dock.

Picked up load from this place. First come First Serve. Loaded in 45 minutes after checked in. Few overnight parking inside or park on street. Easy to back on docks. Polite and friendly service. Neat and clean restroom for drivers. Taco truck for food at lunch time. No complaints for this facility. Keep it up guys for your good service. 👍👍

If your broker or dispatch tries to tell you this is a FCFS shipper, correct them immediately. You need an appt. Your experience will be like night and day. I've been here with an appt and it's a reasonable 3 hrs from check in to being loaded, but as a work in you will sit ALL DAY even in a mostly empty lot. Overnight parking in their lot or on the street. Need an empty weight if picking up more than 13 bins. Nearest scale on the corner of Sturgis and Del Norte Blvd.

Don't know if it was a fluke or good timing cause I didn't experience what some here have said. I arrived around 1100am, was in the door by 1115am and out around 1145am. Very quick and easy. U need to stage in the small lot to the south of the building, I believe they do allow overnight parking in that lot but not 100% on that.

Main check in office closes at 4:30 so you have to go inside the cooler to check in they require you to get a light weight scale and heavy weight scale. There is a scale 2 miles away which is convenient and they load you quickly. Either you get lucky and get parking inside there lot or your parking on the street with everyone else
